77win will never request your account password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media. Any party claiming to be a 77win representative and requesting your password is not acting on behalf of the Company.
77win processes all transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX online banking (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating institutions), and other methods displayed at the point of deposit. Minimum and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
All deposits are processed subject to KYC verification. The Company reserves the right to delay or decline deposits pending verification of account identity and source of funds. The Company shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or revenue; loss of data; interruption of service due to technical failure, maintenance, or force majeure events; or any gambling losses incurred on the platform, irrespective of whether such losses arise from game outcomes, technical errors, or other causes.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may close your 77win account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC requirements being satisfied.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: these Terms have been violated; the account poses a fraud, money laundering, or security risk; or continued service to the account would breach the Company's licensing obligations or applicable law. In such cases, the Company will retain any funds necessary to cover outstanding liabilities and will manage remaining balances in accordance with its regulatory obligations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77win holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 77win platform shall first be submitted to the Company's customer support team for informal resolution. 77win aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate to the dispute resolution process administered by the relevant gaming authority under whose licence 77win operates. The decision of the applicable gaming authority's dispute resolution process shall be final and binding.
77win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
